1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods through the website pashkina.shoes, operated by Pashkina OÜ, registered in Estonia (registry code: 17340792, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145).
1.2. By using this website and placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
1.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version is always available on the website.
2. Scope
2.1. These Terms apply to all sales of goods made through the website pashkina.shoes.
2.2. Sales are intended exclusively for consumers (B2C).
2.3. The applicable law is the legislation of Estonia and the European Union governing distance sales.
3. Product Information and Prices
3.1. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are valid at the time of order placement.
3.2. Prices are identical worldwide and include applicable taxes, if any.
3.3. Confirmed orders are fulfilled at the price valid at the time of purchase, even if prices change afterwards.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1. An order is considered accepted only after successful payment.
4.2. Available payment methods: Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4.3. Installment or deferred payment options are not available.
4.4. After successful payment, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation.
5. Shipping
5.1. Orders are shipped exclusively via DHL from the company’s warehouse in Italy.
5.2. International shipping is available to all countries except those restricted by law or not serviced by our logistics partners.
5.3. A complete list of temporarily restricted destinations is published in the section “Countries We Do Not Ship To”.
5.4. Delivery times vary by destination and are indicated during checkout.
5.5. After dispatch, the customer receives a DHL tracking link.
5.6. Customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union are paid by the customer.
5.7. The company is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond its control.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from receipt, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
6.2. To initiate a return, the customer must contact us at info@pashkina.shoes.
6.3. Returns are accepted only for unworn shoes, in original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.
6.4. Trying on the shoes is allowed; wearing them outdoors voids the right of return.
6.5. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
6.6. A refund is issued after inspection of the returned item.
6.7. If the product and packaging show no signs of wear or damage, a full refund is issued.
6.8. One free size exchange is available within the European Union.
7. Liability
7.1. The company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs procedures, or courier services.
7.2. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website and may temporarily suspend access without notice.
7.3. The maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the customer’s order.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All texts, images, videos, graphics, and content on the website are protected by copyright.
8.2. Any reproduction, publication, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
8.3. Media and partners may use images only with proper credit (“Photo: PASHKINA”) and with prior written approval.
9. Sustainability and Production
9.1. All products are made without animal-derived materials.
9.2. All materials used comply with the REACH regulation and are sourced from certified suppliers.
9.3. Manufacturing takes place exclusively in Italy under controlled and traceable conditions.
10. Product Care and Repairs
10.1. The materials require delicate handling; exposure to moisture or chemicals may cause damage and is not considered a defect.
10.2. Each pair of shoes includes a repair kit.
10.3. Repair support is available via authorized workshops and service partners.
11. Customer Support
11.1. For inquiries regarding orders, returns, size exchange, or product care, contact info@pashkina.shoes.
11.2. The company responds to inquiries within 48 hours.
12. Communication and Newsletter
12.1. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time.
12.2. The company complies with GDPR and does not send unsolicited messages.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1. These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
13.2. Both parties agree to attempt an amicable settlement before taking legal action.
13.3. If unresolved, disputes are subject to Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws.
14. Amendments
14.1. The company may amend these Terms without prior notice.
14.2. Amendments become effective upon publication on the website.
14.3. The website always displays the date of the latest update.
15. Final Provisions
